How to read:
Every cell represents a role / hat
The color of the cells is explained in the table Role Color Code
Every role is explained by the when/who/where/what/with and time points
The roles are not people: a person can (and probably will) have more than one role, and roles can be covered by more than one person. The exception is uninterrupted roles, that are recommended to be taken by a person to the exclusion of others
When: period of time of the year when the role is needed
Who:
- team: the role is shared between a team of people with training , one at a time
- single: the role can/should be fulfilled by a single person, with optional substitutes
- anyone: the role can be fulfilled by anyone that know how to do the job
Where: localization, where a role is required
What: actual job description
Time:
The hours per day that a role takes to do, and a quality that can be interrupted or uninterrupted:
generally, interrupted roles are compatibles with others, uninterrupted are not.
The priority of interrupted roles refer to the relative importance/urgency of that role with respect to others in the case a single person has more than one such roles at a time.
With: the most strict collaborators, people to be in contact with, except the general coordinator and bank that are in contact with everyone. You should have the contacts of those people always on hand
